Bibimbap (비빔밥) is a classic Korean dish that translates to "mixed rice." It consists of a bowl of warm white rice topped with an array of individually prepared vegetables, meat (usually beef), and a sunny-side-up fried egg. The dish is served with gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste) sauce, which adds a spicy and savory flavor.
