Ingredients:

- 2 pounds of salmon

- 1 cup of low-sodium chicken stock

- 1/4 cup of dry white wine

- 1/2 cup of plain breadcrumbs

- 2 teaspoons of dried Sicilian oregano

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup of minced fresh parsley

- Red pepper flakes

- Salt to taste

   

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, combine the plain breadcrumbs, dried Sicilian oregano, minced garlic, minced fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well to create the oreganoda breadcrumb mixture.
